Apple Cider Gluten Free Baked Donuts

Baked up a delicious fall-winter treat today with these apple cider donuts! I followed the recipe from Bobs Red Mill and the only substitution I made was subbing our regular butter for Country Crock dairy free butter. The sugar outer layer also called for a tablespoon of either pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon so I went with 1/2 tablespoon of each. Otherwise, it’s baked to standard and these are mad tasty!

I used local apple cider from Boa Vista Orchards in Apple Hill, which is tasty on its own and delicious in this recipe. 10/10 would make these again!
