Fun fact: I didn’t have a person cutter. All I had was mason jar cutters and mustache cutters so as you can see, jars won. This made 21 cookies total. I think these baked better on parchment paper instead of the silpat mats.
All-in-all, tastes just like gingerbread…. which I now remember that I’m not a huge fan of. 😂 Tomorrow I will whip up some vegan royal icing and then I’ll decorate these for some full holiday spirit!
They aren’t the prettiest and are a little dry, but that’s why you add icing and decorations!
