My house currently smells just like fall! I bought a donut pan and knew that pumpkin donuts would be the first recipe I tried. Today’s recipe is courtesy of @MamaKnowsGlutenFree!
I subbed in coconut oil in place of the vegetable oil and added a little extra cinnamon. Some are topped with a cinnamon-sugar combo added pre-bake and others have a glaze of powdered sugar, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla added post-bake.
As this particular pan is new, I under-filled them, so next time, I’d fill less bays and make them taller so you’d get more traditional sized donuts. They taste great and I love cinnamon and pumpkin so it’s a recipe right up my street!
