I don’t know how I’ve never made it to this place before! If you’re in Sacramento, you have to check out Revolution Wine. Last night my best friend and I planned a girls dinner out and seeing as we love a good glass of wine, this place is perfect for that.
It’s just a couple doors down from Pushkin’s so I’ve walked past it 100x over but never stopped in for whatever reason. Definitely a miss on my part.
I ordered the blends flight and she ordered the white flight. We both enjoyed them and I picked up a bottle of one too because it was delicious.

Then for a starter, she ordered the bread and olives and we added a GF bread on the side for me. It was a legit baguette which let’s be real, we rarely get.

Staff was super knowledgeable and the menu had so many options to choose from that were either already gluten free and/or vegan or could be made that way.
For dinner, I ordered the Rev Burger subbing a gluten free bun and because I don’t eat beef, I subbed in the Impossible burger from the Jammin’ Burger menu options and asked for no onions. Dedicated fryer, multiple callouts on the receipt for gluten allergies and it was an option on the reservation form too.

10/10 will be adding this into the regular rotation for future nights out. There’s a high chance we’ll join their wine club also because something about local Sacramento wine, made right here in the 916, just adds a little extra fun. As someone who frequents many wineries each year, the wine was top notch and not budget-shatteringly expensive.
Here’s to the next visit!
