I think at this point, I’ve only made three new recipes this year, but hey, life gets crazy and it’s a testament to the recipes that have become staples over the past few years of recipe challenges.
That said, for Sunday Night Dinner yesterday, I opted for a new recipe instead of going with the old staple GF pizza dough recipe. This one from the “How to Make Anything Gluten Free” cookbook from Becky Excell. I don’t typically use yogurt in my recipes, but with her recipe, it’d be great for pizza dough in a pinch because no rise time is needed.
The only real edit I made was adding some Italian seasoning to the dough which I my personal perference, otherwise, it was perfect as written. If I planned ahead and happened to have yogurt in the fridge, this could definitely be added into the dinner rotation!
