While out and about in Santa Rosa, we absolutely had to hit up El Coqui. Whether you’re GF or not, this is a local spot you absolutely do not want to miss!

As a New Yorker, Puerto Rican food was so much a part of my childhood (of course before my Celiac diagnosis) so I was excited to see this one pop up on the Find Me Gluten Free app.

I had the pollo al horno and it was like a taste or childhood and packed with flavor. 10/10 will be visiting here the next time I’m in the area!
