Here’s a quick recipe with a twist on something we’ve all had before: loaded potatoes — loaded potato rounds which bake up in 1/3 of the time total. Found this one on Taste of Home written by Amanda Digges. Super easy to make and would make a perfect party appetizer.
I put the spices in a bowl and added the olive oil and coated each slice individually rather than brushing it on. Next time I’d use less oil then written and potentially slice a bit thinner and cook for a little longer to crisp them up. I’m thinking “broil” for a few minutes after adding whatever toppings you were loading on.
