Tried a new bread machine recipe yesterday from Marcia on All Recipes. Definitely calling it a win. Similar ingredients to the main recipe I have been using, with different ratios, oils, etc., so it’s a totally different taste and texture.

Super light, but again, not a major rise. I think the crust could be a bit crispier too, so I might look at adding a touch more sugar and maybe mixing in some seeds next time.

Toasted a slice up today to have with some blackberry jam and it was delicious!
