Last week, I had to spend a few days in Orlando for work. In between meetings and trade show time, I definitely needed to find a place to eat.

On the first night, we just ate at the hotel, so I ordered a plain salad and hoped for the best. When you’re slammed with meetings on-site, your options are limited.

For lunch the first full day, I headed to another hotel and stopped by the B-Line Diner for another salad with chicken. Again, nothing super fun here.

So for dinner, I was in need of a legitimate meal. So I popped open the @findmeglutenfree app and saw the Mellow Mushroom was only 1.5 miles away. So, once I was done with meetings and the show was closed, I decided to walk over and I was definitely glad I did.

I ordered the gluten free meaty pizza and requested no beef which they gladly did. Pizza was okay. The toppings were great, but the crust needed a little longer in the oven to be a bit stronger. All-in-all, I would 100% go here again and was happy to have a non-salad meal for a change.
