For Christmas my family got my a bread machine that has a gluten free setting, so expect quite a few new recipe attempts using it this year!

For the first new recipe this year and the first towards my #22NewGFRecipesIn2022 challenge, I followed the recipe from @MamaKnowsGlutenFree which was fairly straightforward.

Since this was my first time using a bread machine, I think I may need to scrap the sides at some point during the 3 hours and 40 minute cycle just because it looks like some flour didn’t get mixed in as evidenced by the outer crust.

Otherwise, the crust is delightful and it’s wicked soft on the inside. I definitely will be adding this recipe to my usuals and look at flavor edits in the future… maybe even something with some cinnamon!
