For lunch on Friday in Vegas, we were off the strip exploring so we ended up at Havana Grill which was the best Cuban food I’ve potentially ever had. Growing up in New York (and before I was gluten free), we’d have fantastic Dominican and Puerto Rican food all the time. This kind of meal brought me right back there. Again, another successful find thanks to my go-to @findmeglutenfree app.

I had the citrus garlic Cuban-spiced salmon and a raspberry mojito. Both were top notch in my opinion and I would total ride share off the strip to eat here again.

We then spent the night at a hockey game which was the catalyst for this trip and I was elated when the Flyers won! The food options within the T-Mobile arena however were very lacking beyond some candy and popcorn. Definitely plan ahead if your gluten free and planning to attend a Vegas game.
