Gluten Free Cheezits

A lot of the recipes I make are sweet, but the three I’m planning for this weekend are all savory. I’m attempting two new recipes towards #30NewGFRecipesin2021 and reattempting the baguette recipe from eight weeks back.

Up first was one I bought a food processor just to make: Cheez-It’s c/o @fearless_dining! Let’s just say I will totally be making these often going forward. I followed the recipe and used @krusteaz GF AP flour and I needed a little extra cold water, but otherwise the recipe came together exactly as written.

I haven’t attempted to make raviolis yet, but I did buy a roller / cutter last year before chickening out during my #50NewGFRecipesin2020 challenge. So, that’s what I used to cut them and I totally think it’s worth it for the crimped edges.

Now I am lactose intolerant, but I eat cheese and just take a Lactaid because hello – it’s 🧀! These are 10000% worth taking a pill for!
