Here’s one I didn’t know I was missing until I had them again today. Growing up in New York, we’d always get grissini breadsticks when we went out for Italian.

So today I found a recipe from @felicialimhz for some vegan, gluten free breadsticks and they taste just as I remember.

I didn’t make any substitutions to this recipe, but I did need to add extra water to get the dough to form properly. Otherwise, I used @bobsredmill for my GF flour in this one and sesame seeds which I picked up downtown at @sacfoodcoop. Total bake time was around 38 minutes.

All-in-all, these are super crisp, covered in loads of sesame seeds and great on their own. I will definitely be making these again and again going forward.
