Gluten Free Pizza

As I’m the only GF one in my family, in preparation for Sunday night dinner at my parents house where we’d all be having pizza, I picked a new dough recipe to test out. Today’s was courtesy of @glutenfreepalate and thankfully it was a success!

After two unsuccessful #50NewGFRecipesin2020 fails in a row, I needed a win for number 41! As a New Yorker, I grew up with pizza as a staple so having a few decent dough recipes to fall back on is important. This one might be one of the top ones I’ve made in the last 7 years of being GF.

Par-baked the crust in the morning for 10 minutes and then added toppings and cooked it for the final 20 minutes at dinner time. This is a dough I think I’d make a big batch of, par-bake and then freeze a few crusts to top, bake and eat for a quick midweek dinner.
