I just bought an Instant Pot Duo Crisp after talking about it for nearly a year. I haven’t used the air fryer side of it yet, but I definitely see some mozzarella sticks in the near future!

Up tonight was a “let’s get to know the buttons” meal. Following @lana.under.pressure’s YouTube recipe, I made some super simple chicken breast. Nothing but a bit of olive oil, water, kosher salt, chicken flavoring and seasoning salt. 30 minutes start to finish and I’ve got plenty of chicken for later in the week. Tonight I just added a little Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce and I was set.
