Gluten Free French Toast

Woke up today and had a craving for breakfast food all day long. Typically, I’m a waffle person all the way, but I wanted to make something different so I opted for French toast.

Now I’ve never made French toast before, but my mom and dad both definitely made it for me growing up (pre-GF) and from what I remembered it should have been simple.

I used 2/3 cup almond milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/8 tsp. salt, and 1-1/2 tbsp. cinnamon for the mix and @franzbakery bread which I had stashed in the freezer.

I personally love cinnamon so I topped the slices with even more cinnamon and a bit of French toast. Delish! Breakfast for dinner is always a win in my book!
