Gluten Free Lasagna

Up on the menu tonight was lasagna. I’m typically a baked ziti person and after 90 minutes, I remember why.

I used Barilla Gluten Free oven-ready lasagna noodles with tomato sauce, ground turkey, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan. If I did this again, I’d definitely use more sauce. I’m not typically a sauce person, but the noodles needed it.

First I preheated the oven to 425. Then I cooked the turkey and then built the layers from there. I cooked it for 40 minutes covered with foil and then 18 minutes uncovered. From there, I let it rest 10 minutes before cutting.

Definitely tasty and since I’m lactose intolerant, I decided it was worth it and 100% took a Lactaid.

Paired this with a 2016 Tre Leoni @whitehalllane red. All around a great meal to end a stressful work week.
